AIRTICKET REFUNDS
If You change your mind about any airticket purchased via us, then automatically that
falls to the specific airline policy and rules which issued the ticket and no
responsibility can be claimed. Refunds and cancellation policy are known and communicated
to you well before the purchase day.
HOTEL REFUNDS
Vouchers issued for Hotel accommodation are subject to the policy stated above for
Airtickets. The Hotel specifies the policy and it is to be followed fully by our company.

EVENTS AND GROUND SERVICES
Dated Events and Ground Services Vouchers are date and time specific (and consumers
select the date and time at the time of purchase). If the Voucher is not used on
specified date, the entire value is forfeited where permissible by law. No full or
partial refunds are given to customers who miss an event date. Purchasers will be
notified prior to canceled or rescheduled events. Canceled events will be fully refunded.
If you are unable to make the new date of a rescheduled event, you are entitled to a
refund upon request.
